International Weeks

Broaden your educational experiences by participating in an International Week with one of our European partners. Each week is structured around a theme related to your curriculum, in the form of seminars, workshops and role plays. The development of intercultural skills is also encouraged through exchanges and cultural activities in the host city.

You are a student currently enroled at the HEP Vaud?

Students registered in a Bachelor or a Master at HEP Vaud can choose to attend a Comenius International Week.

  • Bachelor en enseignement primaire : semestre 2 ou 4
  • Master en enseignement secondaire 1 : semestre 2 ou 4 
  • Master en enseignement spécialisé : semestre 2, 4 ou 6 

For all other study programmes, the project must be defined on an individual basis.

Practical Information

  • Courses are given in English, level B2 according to the CEFR is required.
  • Participation does not qualify you for ECTS credits in your HEP Vaud curriculum.
  • Students receive financial support of CHF 350.- for the week.

Application and Deadlines

  • Priority is given to HEP Vaud students who have not yet participated in an exchange program.
  • The number of places is limited.
  • Students may participate in only one mobility project per academic year and a maximum of two projects throughout their degree programme, excluding internships in German-speaking Switzerland.
  • Applications open in November for mobility experiences taking place during the following spring semester.
